Kevin D. Arnold, Ph.D., ABPP, is the director of the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy in Columbus, Ohio, and a licensed psychologist. Kevin is a clinical faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at Ohio State University, as well as serving a number of leadership roles at the state and national level in cognitive-behavioral therapy and professional psychology. He balances his practice and leadership activities with his most important roles: father to his son (age 6) and daughter (Alex, age 5) and husband to his wife.



Jeanie Zsambok, Ph.D.
Psychologist
Jeanie Zsambok is a PhD at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She received her doctorate in developmental disabilities from Nisonger Center of Excellence through the Ohio State University.  She has been practicing for over 20 years.  She specializes in children and adults with developmental disabilities, behavior support, testing, Autism spectrum disorders (either as primary or dual diagnoses).  She also consults with several county boards of Developmental Disabilities in central Ohio.



Emily B. Haley, MA

Emily Haley is a Masters of Special Education at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She received her Masters of Special Education with Emphasis on Applied Behavioral Analysis from the Ohio State University.  She has been practicing for 9 years.  She specializes in program development using applied behavioral analysis (ABA) behavior modification, parent training, school support training, and early intervention for children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, and cognitive delays.  She also provides home consultation services for families with special needs.  She also sees children through the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Lauren Conklin is a MSEd at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She received her Masters of Special Education from the University of Dayton.  She has been providing ABA services for 8 years.  She specializes in program development using applied behavioral analysis (ABA), parent training, behavior modification, and school support.  She sees children through the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.





Independent Practicing Affiliates

The following professionals are Independent Practicing Affiliates (IPA). IPAs are independent contractors. As independent contractors, IPAs maintain complete control over the independent practice of their services. Patients of an IPA are treated completely independently by the IPA, and CCBT does not exercise control over the clinical services nor does CCBT violate the sanctity of the therapist-patient confidentiality through any clinical oversight of cases. Each IPA's conduct is subject to the regulatory board under which he or she is licensed.

Tiffany Alexander is a Licensed Practicing Clinical Counselor (Supervisor) at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. She received her Masters of Counseling from Franciscan University.  She has been practicing for 10 years.  She specializes in depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, family conflicts, relationship issues, parenting, bipolar disorder, and psychoeduation on addiction.  She sees children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Kelly Altic is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (Supervisor) at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. She received her Masters of Social Work from the Ohio State University.  She has been practicing for 7 years.  She specializes in depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).



Elizabeth Logan Batzer, MA, PCC-S, LICDC

Elizabeth (Beth) Logan Batzer is a Licensed Practicing Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Clinical Drug Counselor at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She has her Masters of Counseling, and attended Northern Illinois University, Ball State University, and the University of Dayton.  She has been practicing for over 28 years.  She specializes in mood disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, gambling addiction, and relationship issues.  She uses both Cognitive and Behavioral interventions as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Jennifer Burger is a PsyD at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She received her Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. She has been practicing for 4 years.  She specializes in anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), adjustment to chronic illness, and chronic pain.  She sees children and adolescent patients under 18.

Rebecca Collins, LISW-S

Rebecca Collins is a Licensed Independent Social Worker at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She received her Masters of Social Work from Ohio University.  She has been practicing for 7 years.  She specializes in relationship issues, family conflicts, job related stress, life transitions, grief and loss, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, and the impacts of trauma and illness.  She sees adults and older adolescents. Rebecca practices an insight-oriented and psychodynamic approach, meaning that the past informs the present and can create unconscious patterns of thought and behavior.

Peggy Cook is a PhD at the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.  She received her doctorate in Psychology from The Ohio State University.  She has been practicing for over 20 years.  She specializes in depression, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).  She sees children, adolescents, and adults. She is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
